QUEZON City, Philippines – Bataan 2nd District Representative Enrique “Tet” Garcia died Monday night at the Makati Medical Center due to a terminal disease. Garcia served six times as the representative of Bataan’s 2nd District and was also elected six times as governor of Bataan.
