MANILA, Philippines, September 9 (Eagle News) — According to Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Ayala Group have entered talks regarding the latter’s claim for damages worth 2 billion pesos regarding the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) contract that it entered with the government in a Build-Operate-Transfer scheme.
