According to the Malacañang, authorities are already verifying the viral internet video allegedly made by the local representatives of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. Said video issued threats against the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.
However, the leadership of the Philippine National Police said that there is no ISIS in the Philippines and said video may have been made by local bandit groups in Mindanao that are taking advantage of the situation.
