(Eagle News)–Seven people were hurt after a blast rocked Sultan Kudarat on Saturday, Sept. 7.
Authorities said Jomar Catalan Aquino, 30; Jay Carnaso, 30; Gerald Cartagena, 28; Niño Minus Virgo, 28; Jarren Binaluon Amigo, 24; Gulano Nasim Salip, 24; and traffic enforcer Cagadas Terrencio, 35, sustained injuries after what authorities believe was an improvised explosive device exploded in front of a public market in Isulan around 7 a.m.
They were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Police are still probing who was behind the incident.
