BULACAN, Philippines, July 13 (Eagle News) – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the water level of Angat Dam in Bulacan increased in the past 24 hours but continues to be below the needed level for irrigation.
