QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar apologized for his remark calling those who are protesting the Marcos burial in the Libingan ng mga Bayani as “temperamental brats”.
Andanar also said that he does not have the intention of hurting the feelings as well as belittling the feelings of those who suffered during the martial law.
