ALBUERA, Leyte (Eagle News) – Pagkatapos na mabasahan nitong Miyerkules, October 5, 2016 ng sakdal na illegal possession of firearms and illegal drug possession, ikinulong na si Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinos sad Baybay City Sub-Provincial Jail sa Barangay Hipusngo, Baybay City, Leyte.
Kinasuhan ng awtoridad si Mayor Espinosa ng kasong violation of Sec.28 of R.A. 10591 with criminal case no. B-16-10-154 para sa illegal possession of firearms at violation of Sec.11 art. 2 of R.A. 9165 with criminal case no.B-16-10-155 o illegal drug possession. Tinanggap ni Provincial Guard o PG1 Romulo Noay ang commitment order at kasalukuyang nakulong si Mayor Espinosa sa selda no.1 ng nasabing kulungan. Mag-isa rin siyang nakakulong rito para sa kaniyang seguridad.
