Raps filed vs Robredo, several others over “Ang Totoong Narco-list” videos

(Eagle News)–Charges on Thursday, July 18, were filed against Vice President Leni Robredo and other personalities allegedly behind the “Ang Totoong Narco-list” videos against President Rodrigo Duterte and his family.

Acting as complainant to the charges of inciting to sedition, libel, cyber libel, estafa, obstruction of justice and harboring a fugitive  filed against Antonio Trillanes IV, Bam Aquino, Risa Hontiveros, priests Robert Reyes, Socrates Villegas, Teodoro Bacani and Albert Alejo, former Education Secretary Armin Luistro, lawyers Jose Manuel Diokno and Romulo Macalintal, among others, was the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

Peter Joemel Advincula, who  claimed he was the yellow-hooded character in the videos who accused Duterte’s family of being behind the illegal drug trade upon the instruction of members of the opposition, was present in the Department of Justice where the charges were filed.

Larry Gadon, his lawyer, accompanied him.

Gadon said the videos were made and uploaded in the Communication center in Ateneo de Manila University.

Prior  to his admission, Advincula surfaced and stood  by the allegations made by “Bikoy” in the videos.

“Susi, mga key cards, mga exchanges sa communication sa text, sa email, lahat yan meron kaya di nila ito matatakasan. Napakabigat at napakasolid ng ebidensiya,” Gadon said. Moira Encina
