QUEZON City, Philippines, June 8 (Eagle News) — Cagayan de Oro Representative Rufus Rodriguez asked House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte for overtime debate on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) so that the House of Representatives can meet the June 11 deadline.
