Abu Sayyaf sets new deadline for ransom

QUEZON City, Philippines – The Abu Sayyaf set a new deadline for the delivery of the new ransom in exchange for the freedom of the groups two remaining foreign captives. In a video released by the Abu Sayyaf, the two foreigners were asking for the prompt delivery of the ransom as one of them will die if the deadline is not followed. The Abu Sayyaf is asking for Php 600 million in exchange for the freedom of the two foreign captives.
