QUEZON City, Philippines – The National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) reported that 119 families were evacuated in Abra and Cagayan due to the storm “Carina”.
Romina Marasigan, NDRRMC spokesperson added that the families are doing well. Samar also conducted a preemptive evacuation, with those affected returning to their homes after the storm passed.
