(Eagle News)–Timor Leste has won its first medal in the 30th South East Asian Games.
This was after Amorin Imbrolia Araujo dos Reis clinched the bronze in the women’s -57 kilogram division of taekwondo.
Apart from her, boxers Jose Barreto Quintas da Silva and Frederico Soares Sarmento are slated to win bronze medals after making it to the semifinals but losing eventually to Thailand and Vietnam, respectively.
With the awards, Timor Leste will have tallied three bronze medals so far.
