4.0-magnitude quake hits Quezon

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Quezon on Monday, Nov. 18.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 42 kilometers northeast of Jomalig at 4:35 a.m.

Depth of focus was 8 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
