(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with rainshowers are expected in the country today, Nov. 1.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao , Zamboanga Peninsula and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a low pressure area off Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
PAGASA said Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains as the northeast monsoon affects Northern Luzon.
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and the rest of Cagayan Valley, on the other hand, will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, this time as a result of
localized thunderstorms.
