(Eagle News)–Classes were suspended in at least one area on Thursday, Oct. 31:
UP Diliman–no classes, work starting 12 noon
The university’s Office of the President said units providing vital public services such as health service (PGH and other health care units), security and police, communications, waste management, and similar units shall observe the regular whole-day schedule.
There is an expected increase in the volume of motorists who will take advantage of the holidays to go to the provinces or trips abroad.
