(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with rainshowers are expected in parts of the country today as the northeasterly surface windflow prevails over Northern Luzon.
Batanes, Isabela, and Cagayan including Babuyan group of Islands will experience those conditions, with flashfloods or landslides during severe thunderstorms possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Extreme Northern Luzon will have strong winds and rough coastal waters while the rest of Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
