2 convicts in Chiong sisters rape-slay surrender

(Eagle News)–Two of the three convicts in the Chiong sisters rape-slay who were released under the Good Conduct Time Allowance Law have surrendered.

Ariel Balansag and Alberto Caño are reportedly already under custody of the Bureau of Corrections.

The third, Josman Aznar, has yet to surrender.

The others convicted for the crime were  Paco Larrañaga, Rowen Wesley Adlawan, James Andrew  Uy and James Anthony Uy.

Larrañaga, who is of Spanish descent, is serving his sentence in Spain.

Nicanor Faeldon was sacked as Bureau of Corrections director over the release of convicts of heinous crimes under the GCTA law.
