3.4-magnitude quake hits Occidental Mindoro

(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake hit Occidental Mindoro early Thursday, June 6.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 21 kilometers southwest of Rizal at 2:54 a.m.

Depth of focus was 6 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
