UPDATED: Advincula says Trillanes, LP behind “Ang Totoong Narco-list” videos

(Eagle News)–The man who claimed he was “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narco-list” videos on Thursday, May 23, said  Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and the Liberal Party   were behind the same.

“Itong paputok kay Bikoy [ay] para ma-discredit si Senator-elect Bong Go, ‘yung iba pang mga sangkot na pulitiko… ‘Yun ay pawang orchestrated lamang ng Liberal Party under the handle of Senator Antonio Trillanes IV,” Peter Joemel Advincula said  in a press conference after his surrender to the Northern Police District on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Advincula, the contents of all the videos, from  episode one to episode five, were all “lies” aimed at discrediting Senator-elect Bong Go, and were part of Project Sodoma aimed at ousting President Rodrigo Duterte.

With Duterte out, Advincula said Vice President Leni Robredo would, by operation of the Constitution, be installed as the President, while Trillanes, whose term as senator will end in June, would be installed as vice president.

According to Advincula, he met Robredo, LP chair, at an Otso Diretso meeting in Ateneo.

Advincula said he was promised  P500,000 for his role in the videos, which he said were shot in a convent.

In the videos, “Bikoy” had accused Duterte, members of his family and his allies, including Go, of being engaged in the illegal drug trade.

Many of those accused, including Duterte and his family, have denied the allegations.

On Wednesday, May 22,Go was  proclaimed senator by the Commission on Elections, after landing third in the winning circle.

Advincula is facing illegal recruitment and estafa charges.
