PCG: More than 3000 stranded in ports across the country due to the bad weather

(Eagle News)—More than 3000 passengers are stranded in ports across the country due to the bad weather, the Philippine Coast Guard said.

According to the PCG, the 3678 passengers are scattered in 15 ports.

Over 300, or 356 rolling cargoes, 28 vessels, and seven motorbancas have also been prevented from traveling.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said “Usman” weakened into a low pressure area yesterday, after making landfall over Eastern Visayas, but the LPA will continue to bring rains in parts of the country.
