QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Cabinet will meet this week in order to lay down projects that will be funded by the 1 trillion yen or Php 441 billion official development assistance (ODA ) and investments from Japan.
Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez said that the Cabinet will study the details of the projects to be funded by the ODA before submitting the same to Japan.
