(Eagle News) —  President Rodrigo Roa Duterte receives US Secretary of State John F. Kerry at the Malacañan Palace, today, July 27, 2016. Kerry is in Manila for an overnight trip to strengthen the Philippine-US relations. He is the first US Cabinet official to meet with ‪President Duterte.
