4.5-magnitude earthquake strikes Davao Occidental early Sunday

(Eagle News)–A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Sunday, Feb. 11.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 1:03 a.m.

The epicenter was 38 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos.

The depth of focus was 101 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
