(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck Masbate on Monday, May 20.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 4 kilometers northeast of Pio. V. Corpuz in Limbuhan at 6:45 a.m.
An instrumental intensity I was reported in the cities of Masbate and Legazpi.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
