(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude quake struck Cotabato on Thursday, Nov. 21.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 19 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 6:31 a.m.
Depth of focus was 22 kilometers.
The following intensities and instrumental intensities were recorded:
Intensity IV- Kidapawan City
Intensity III – Hagonoy, Davao Del Sur
Intensity II – Davao City
Instrumental Intensities:
Intensity IV- Kidapawan City
Intensity II- Tupi, South Cotabato; Davao City
Intensity I- Alabel, Sarangani
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
