(Eagle News)-A 4.1-magnitude quake hit Batangas on Sunday, Jan. 12.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 11:56 p.m., had its epicenter 7 kilometers northeast of Agoncillo.
Depth of focus was 8 kilometers.
The following intensity and instrumental intensities were recorded:
Intensity: Intensity V – Tagaytay City
Instrumental Intensity: Intensity IV -Tagaytay City
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
