(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur early Friday, Dec. 29.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 4:35 a.m.
The epicenter was 31 kilometers northeast of Cagwait.
The depth of focus was 10 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
