4.0-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Sur

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 82 kilometers northeast of Lingig at 8:39 a.m.

Depth of focus was 1 kilometer.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
