(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur early Saturday, Nov. 4.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 3:06 a.m.
The epicenter was 21 kilometers northeast of Cortes.
The depth of focus was 68 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
