3.6-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Saturday, Jan. 4.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which took place at 7:36 a.m., had its epicenter 113 kilometers southeast of Sarangani.

Depth of focus was 73 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
