(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Oriental on Thursday, Aug. 22.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 28 kilometers southeast of Tarragona at 6:30 a.m.
Depth of focus of the quake was 5 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
