UPDATE as of 8:02 PM, Manila, Philippines, August 27, (Eagle News) — Twenty-nine ecclesiastical districts of the Iglesia ni Cristo all over the country is set to join the plea of their religion for fair treatment from the Department of Justice.
The INC believes that the DOJ has committed a grave injustice when it paid particular interest and attention to the illegal detention case filed against the religious group by the INC’s expelled minister, Isaias Samson Jr., more than any other issue of national interest.
