(Eagle News)—The Bureau of Immigration is studying possible actions against the woman who threw taho at a police officer who refused to let her in a Metro Rail Transit 3 station, where food and drinks are banned.

BI spokesperson Dana Krizia Sandoval said they would be coordinating with the Department of Transportation to know the details behind the incident involving Jiale Zhang, a first year design student.

Jiale threw taho at P01 William Cristobal while he was explaining to her the MRT-3 policy.

This was after she refused to dispose of or consume the taho before entering the station despite repeated urgings by other MRT staff.

The MRT management is already eyeing to ban her from its trains.

She is also facing charges including direct assault for the incident.
