(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Pampanga and other areas.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected also over Batangas and Bulacan within the next two hours.
Heavy to Intense rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced in Ramos, Pura in Tarlac; Guimba, Nampicuan, Cuyapo, Llanera, Munoz, San Leonardo in Nueva Ecija; Mabitac, Santa Maria in Laguna; Olongapo, Subic, Castillejos, San Marcelino, San Narciso, San Felipe, Cabangan, Botolan, Palauig, Iba in Zambales; Lucban, Sampaloc, Atimonan, Mauban in Quezon; Pililla in Rizal; and in Bataan.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides,” PAGASA said.
