Many substandard housing built for Yolanda victims by Aquino gov’t, says housing czar

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Malacañang revealed that there is a problem on the quality of housing built for Yolanda victims in Tacloban, Leyte. Housing Czar and Secretary to the Cabinet Leoncio Evasco Jr., said that when President Rodrigo Duterte made his inspection round, it was very apparent that many of the housing units were substandard.
