(Eagle News) — Tropical Storm “Kammuri” is forecast to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility between Saturday, Nov. 30, and Sunday, Dec. 1. Northeast monsoon affects Northern, Central Luzon

(Eagle News)– Expect winds in the country as the northeast monsoon affects Northern and Central Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said strong to moderate winds  are expected in Luzon. Moderate to strong coastal waters are also expected. PAGASA said Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight  to moderate coastal waters.
