(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Metro Manila and other areas.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration saidt moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are particularly being experienced in Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Marikina and in Quezon City.
The same conditions are being felt in Antipolo and San Mateo in Rizal; Lian in Batangas; Candaba, San Luis, San Simon Apalit, Arayat in Pampanga; Cabiao, San Isidro, San Antonio in Nueva Ecija; and in Bulacan.
PAGASA said these may persist within two hours and may affect nearby areas.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides,” PAGASA said.
