(Eagle News)–A Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 has been hoisted over several areas, as Typhoon “Tisoy” entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the signal is hoisted over eastern Samar and the eastern section of Northern Samar, particularly Laoang, Palapag, Mapanas, Gamay, Lapinig, Catubig and Las Navas.
