Johnny Pimentel, the governor’s brother, posted pictures of the President’s visit. The governor died on Tuesday, Dec. 25, a day after he checked out from the hospital. He was 71. His wake is at the Manila Memorial Park in Parañaque. His remains will be flown to Surigao del Sur on Saturday.
