(Eagle News) — Signal No. 1 has been hoisted over several areas in northern Luzon as Tropical Depression “Kiko” maintained its strength on Monday evening. (Eagle News) — A low pressure area last spotted over Aurora has developed into a tropical depression, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services said on Monday.
