Angkas asks SC to lift TRO effectively suspending the company’s operations

COMELEC running out of time due to Supreme Court’s TRO

According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), it will have a hard time preparing for the 2016 election if it will follow the temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court on its “no bio, no boto” policy.
