(Eagle News) — The Supreme Court has downgraded the charges filed against businessman Delfin Lee in connection with a controversial multi-billion peso housing project. Manila, Philippines — Globe Asiatique founder and president Delfin Lee is now detained in a detention facility of the National Bureau of Investigation in San Fernando, Pampanga, as authorities considered his safety and security.
