(Eagle News)–Signal No. 1 remains hoisted over Batanes as Typhoon “Hanna” moved slowly over the Philippine Sea on Wednesday, Aug. 7. (Eagle News) — Signal No. 1 has been hoisted over several areas in northern Luzon as Tropical Depression “Kiko” maintained its strength on Monday evening.
