“Ulysses” intensifies into tropical storm

(Eagle News)–“Ulysses” has intensified into a tropical storm. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the center of Tropical Storm “Ulysses” is estimated  575 km east of Borongan City, Eastern Samar.
