(Eagle News)–The Sandiganbayan has upheld the conviction of Janet Lim Napoles for the alleged misuse of the P224.5-million pork barrel of former Senator Bong Revilla. In upholding her conviction, the first division said the evidence was sufficient to establish her guilt beyond reasonable doubt. SC denies Revilla, Cambe, Napoles petitions in connection with pork barrel case

(Eagle News) — The Supreme Court has junked the petitions filed by Richard Cambe and Janet Lim Napoles challenging a Sandiganbayan decision that denied them bail. The SC also denied the appeal of former Senator Bong Revilla against a Sandiganbayan freeze order on his assets in connection with the pork barrel scam.
