(Eagle News) — Bacoor City in Cavite has been placed under a state of calamity. This was following heavy flooding in the city, brought about by monsoon rains in the past few days. The rains are the result of “Henry” and then “Inday” enhancing the southwest monsoon. (Eagle News)– Work in the Senate was suspended on Wednesday, July 18. Senator Gregorio Honasan II, Senate officer in charge, made the announcement in a text message to reporters.
