(Eagle News)~The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and  Astronomical Services Administration has hoisted a heavy rainfall warning over Metro Manila and other places in the country. Heavy rainfall warning hoisted over M. Manila, four provinces

Four people were killed in the southern part of the country early Tuesday as “Basyang” unleashed heavy rain and triggered deadly landslides, police said.
