(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate rains with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are expected over Kalinga, particularly in Balbalan and Tanudan, within 30 minutes to an hour. Yellow rainfall advisory hoisted over Zambales

(Eagle News)–A yellow rainfall warning has been hoisted over Zambales. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said under the warning in particular are Iba, Botolan, Cabangan, San Felipe, San Narciso and San Antonio. Meanwhile,  light to moderate rains over Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, Quezon and Tarlac within the next two to three hours. Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains, PAGASA said, are affecting Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Bataan, Laguna and Batangas.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said an orange warning, which means flooding is threatening in these areas, is up over Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga City, Basilan and Sulu.
