Remove PUV’s from coding scheme
MANILA, Philippines, May 20 (Eagle News) — Various groups from the public transportation sector are forming an alliance to ask for an exemption of public utility vehicles (PUV’s) from the coding scheme, saying that their inclusion to the said scheme causes a shortage of public transportation, especially during rush hour.
