LTFRB to appeal QC court order vs Edsa provincial bus ban

(Eagle News)–The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board will appeal a Quezon City court’s order to temporarily halt the planned Edsa provincial  bus ban. The LTFRB said for this, it will seek the help of the Office of the Solicitor General. In the meantime, the agency said it would comply with the writ of preliminary injunction issued by Branch 223. QC court temporarily halts implementation of Edsa provincial bus ban

(Eagle News)–A Quezon City court has temporarily stopped the implementation  of a ban on provincial buses on Edsa. In issuing the writ of preliminary injunction, Branch 223 effectively stopped the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and  the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, among others, from implementing orders pertaining to the ban.
